Hi, I'm Heather ‘Feather’ Muhlhauser. As a runner and tri-athlete, I have had my fair share of injuries - broken collarbone and plantar fasciitis are the biggest injuries I have overcome.
And, after spending years trying to heal my injuries with quick fixes and gadjets that didn’t work, I finally figured out how to heal my body on my own…
After a 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training plus 20 years experience with yoga, I finally cracked the code on healing my injuries and pain as I logged more and more miles running, on the bike and in the pool.
I had to learn a new way of stretching and recovery. I had to learn how to slow down.
When I took a whole body approach to healing my injuries and learned to slow down to calm my nervous system, I experienced deep healing and haven’t looked back.
Now, I’m an expert at slowing down and I can’t wait to share the benefits with you.
I have helped 100’s of people overcome pain and injuries so they can get back to their active lifestyles, continue working and can enjoy life and family. The methods I teach are super simple and Sedona is the perfect place to learn.
