Here, we begin by learning the art of slowing down — moving through vineyards, tasting the land, and letting beauty seep into every breath.

Under the Tuscan sun, we’ll share a few heart-opening rituals that invite self-love and presence. You’ll learn to savor each sip, each step, each moment — to experience life as art.

From our peaceful home base in Gambassi Terme, we’ll glide through rolling hills on electric bikes — the most effortless way to take in the sweeping vineyards and cypress-lined roads. The e-bikes let you relax into the ride, feeling held and supported as you take in the views. No rush. No strain. Just pleasure, breath, and beauty.

Along the way, we’ll stop for winery experiences that feels like stepping into a postcard.

Wild & ancient, Sardinia teaches us the art of surrender — to the sea, to the wind, to the rhythm of life itself. Aboard our private catamaran, we’ll sail through turquoise coves and pink granite shores, letting each wave remind you that love carries you when you release control.

In Tuscany, you’ll settle into a classic countryside home — an authentic villa-style Airbnb surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and golden hills. It’s warm, peaceful, and full of rustic Italian charm.

For the sailing portion, you’ll board a stunning Bali 5.8 catamaran, designed for comfort and relaxation on the water. Spacious decks, plush lounging areas, and panoramic views make every moment feel luxurious.

Each guest room on the sea includes a private bathroom, ensuring ease, comfort, and personal space throughout your journey.

From handmade pasta and local wine to seaside feasts under the stars, each meal on this journey will be an experience of connection and pleasure.

In Tuscany, we’ll linger over rustic dishes made from the land — fresh herbs, local olive oil, grilled vegetables, and simple foods prepared with soul. Expect long, slow dinners that feel like celebration.

Once we board the catamaran, meals become a rhythm of the sea. Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily, prepared on board with fresh Mediterranean ingredients.
