Join Heather for a single or all three weekend long excursions scheduled throughout the year. Each weekend will include yoga, meditation, hiking, exploration of a beautiful area & yummy food. Each location has been carefully picked to highlight all that each area has to offer during the season. The weekends events for each trip will kick off Friday evening and end Sunday late morning.
