✨ Slow down. Let go. Realign.
Elevate Cincinnati is not just a wellness day—it’s a restorative one-day retreat designed to help you pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. Whether you’re craving a day of deep rest, moving through grief or pain, or simply navigating the nonstop pace of life, this experience offers space to slow down, reset your body, and reconnect with your truth.
Through gentle movement, grounding breathwork, guided rest, and meaningful reflection, you’ll release what’s been heavy and create space for renewal—whether that means calling in a new season, restoring your health, or rediscovering peace in your daily life.
You’ll be guided through a series of intentional practices that mirror the rhythm of transformation: set your intention, walk with it, release the old, claim the new, and rise with clarity.
The journey culminates in Savasana, known as corpse pose—a sacred posture of complete surrender where the body rests in stillness and the nervous system deeply resets. It’s here that integration happens, allowing your mind, body, and spirit to absorb the healing energy of your practice and awaken renewed.
““My best friend and I loved everything about the day! My favorite part about Elevate Cincinnati was the different class experiences both indoor & outdoor. I really loved the meditation portion and plan to incorporate that it into my daily life. The food was so fresh and healthy, especially for me being vegetarian. I loved it!””
🌿 What to Expect
1. Morning Grounding: Meditation & Yoga
We’ll begin the day by arriving fully in the moment—anchoring your body and breath through gentle yoga and guided meditation. This opening practice sets the tone for the day, allowing you to release what’s been heavy, awaken your senses, and connect inward before stepping into community.
2. Findlay Market Walk: Connect & Create
Next, we’ll head outside for a mindful walk to Findlay Market, one of Cincinnati’s most vibrant local gems. Along the way, you’ll carry your intention with you—letting the movement clear space for inspiration. Once there, you’ll have the opportunity to elevate the farmers by choosing fresh, seasonal ingredients. A simple, provided recipe will be available for those who wish to follow along, or you can get creative and design your own dish to make at hope with your ingredients.
3. Nourish & Community Lunch
We’ll return to enjoy a nourishing lunch and heartfelt connection together. This is a time to slow down, share stories, and let the power of food and community restore your energy. You’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re ready to embody next—from a place of grounded clarity and peace.
4. Sound Bath Massage: Integrate & Renew
We’ll close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath massage—a soothing blend of healing vibrations and guided relaxation with Sonya Verma & Daniel Hall. This final experience helps your body integrate the day’s insights and invites your nervous system into profound rest. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and reconnected to yourself and your purpose.
““My favorite part of Elevate Cincinnati was meeting new healthy, people. I also really loved experiencing different types of exercise than I’m used to. Elevate Cincinnati has ignited an interest in yoga.””

““My favorite part about Elevate Cincinnati was the venue & the layout. The opening ceremony put us in the mood. I am thinking more about my wellness and even though I train twice a week, a spin and a pilate class, I could be better. I am definitely in next year and going to bring my boyfriend, Rick! It was awesome to see men there!””
🙏 Giving Back

🧘♀️ Your Guide
Hi, I’m Heather Muhlhauser—aka “Heather Feather.”
“Heather Feather” was my nickname growing up, and it still fits. Light, uplifting, and a little magical—just like a feather, I aim to inspire and help others rise.
I’m the founder of Elevate Excursions, a yoga, hiking, and foodie adventure company offering transformational trips in the Smoky Mountains, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Croatia, and Costa Rica. I specialize in helping active people overcome pain and return to the activities they love—stronger, more aligned, and pain-free.
This event was born from a solo retreat I took to Red River Gorge, where I led myself through the same transformational process I guide others through on my retreats—with a few new twists. The impact was so profound, I knew I had to share it.
In addition to being a certified personal trainer and a 200- and 500-hour yoga teacher, I’m also an Ironman finisher, have completed dozens of marathons and ultramarathons, and currently love participating in SwimRun events. When I’m not training or guiding others, you’ll find me running trails or hiking with my husband, Ted, our kids—Wiley, Sedona, and Kenzie—and our beloved dog, Omena.
Oh—and I’m a master manifester. I’ve manifested my husband, our children, our home, a new car, a double stroller… and the list keeps growing.
This retreat is your invitation to reset, rise, and realize what’s truly possible. I’ll be sharing the exact tools I use to transform my own life in big, beautiful ways—and I can’t wait to support you in doing the same.
Are you in?
