A mountain retreat tucked in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains just 20 minutes from the vibrant city of Asheville, NC - It is just close enough to Asheville to enjoy all the town has to offer but far enough away that you can enjoy the sweeping mountain views from the deck.

 

You will spend 3 nights and 4 days in this secluded oasis as home base complete with a hot tub with a view and fire pit stocked with wood and s’more supplies - YUM! The cabin is super close to the Blue Ridge Parkway which will take us to the trailheads for hiking.

Asheville offers some of the most impressive hiking in the Eastern United States. From summit hikes with stunning views to hiking trails alongside impressive waterfalls to paths lined with mountain wildflowers, there's an Asheville hike for everyone!

There will be hiking & Pain Free Feet Yoga, but there will also be downtime…

You get to choose how you want to spend your during the weekend - Perhaps a float down The French Broad River with Zen Tubing sounds like a fun way to chill with your newfound friends. You’ve never tried it, but it sounds like the perfect Summer activity. It ends up being a hightlight of the trip and you are so happy you did it!

Or, perhaps you decide to chill and soak in the hot tub and get a massage at the cabin…

Fan favorites are the Quinoa Enchiladas, Tea Poached Pears, Chocolate Avocado Mousse, Baked Eggplant Parmesan, Beet Hummus, Cornflake Crusted Stuffed Butternut Squash French Toast, Chickpea & Mock “Tuna” Salad Sandwiches.

Dubbed a “regional-food powerhouse,”Asheville is known for offering amazing cuisine. We will be sure to eat out for one meal during the weekend and this will be included in the purchase of the retreat.

I had severe pain from plantar fasciitis in my left foot for more than 6 months. I tried everything, x-rays, podiatrist, inserts, physical therapy, new shoes - nothing worked. About your pain free feet guide, heather:

I have been showing people how to find relief from plantar fasciitis since 2016. Before that I taught yoga in gyms and studios and specialized in helping runners run injury free.  Because the process that I was teaching was helping so many people I wanted to help even more people and took my Pain Free Feet method online.  

I’ve been practicing this method for 23+ years and had plantar fasciitis myself, so know what works. Plus, I’ve been refining this process for that long and figured out what works really well and what doesn’t.

I have seen how it has worked for myself and my clients - that’s why I have so much confidence in the Pain Free Feet process. I’ve seen client after client get massive results - see testimonials above.     

Once I figured out how to get rid of my foot pain and keep it away I started moving more - running multiple marathons and ultramarathons a year and having he ability to be active with friends and family.

Not only that, but the ability to be more active affected other areas of my life…

I was better able to cope with the loss of my father. My confidence grew. Relationships with family improved because I was able to deal with stress better. I finally attracted the type of significant other I really wanted - I went through two big engagement break-ups before that.
